A Plan for Breaux Bridge

I'm Hubert Augustine, and I'm running for Chief of Police of Breaux Bridge.

For 31 years I've served in law enforcement. I've knocked on doors all over this city, and everywhere I go I hear the same thing: people want a department they can see, trust, and measure.

So I'm not running on slogans. I'm running on a plan — one built on what has actually worked in police departments in cities our size:

  • Transparency you can check: monthly crime statistics, a plain-English annual report, and real work to restore our state and federal crime reporting.
  • Officers you can see: directed patrols by zone, regular tracked business check-ins, and traffic enforcement driven by your complaints.
  • Relationships that last: a faith-leaders roundtable, Coffee with a Cop, and officers present in our schools.
  • People worth investing in: training beyond state minimums, a summer youth academy, and a teen explorer program.

This is a grassroots campaign, and every dollar you give goes straight into reaching voters across Breaux Bridge before November 3.
